We have only had our website with Dan and Binasys for 1 month and have been stunned with the response time and level of support we are getting. While we have another provider, we wanted a second to host our web based helpdesk facility (and to provide us with a contingency in case our provider couldn't ever cope with our main site)

It is perhaps this last point that we have just had dramatically reinforced. After having significant problems with our Help Desk Software that we purchased from a US based Company we contacted Binasys to see if they could help. Dan and his team have just spent 12 hours (on a Saturday) looking over the software. Binasys found dodgy code in the suppliers software and then liaised with them to sort it. The supplier is now introducing a global fix for all their clients.
